The Mountain View Chalet

Hi Mark & Melissa,

  We had a great time at your place. Everyone loved it! The big and little kids had lots of fun in the game room. I loved the kitchen-all the amenities were super. The appliances were excellant. We made the dishwasher work hard. There were lots of extras in the kitchen so I felt like it was like home; didn't have to run to the store for little things, like spices. The setting was quiet. We used the gym, the beach, golf course, restaurant, lake and tennis courts. Summer was a great time to be there.

Hi Mark and Melissa ~

We loved staying at your lovely home. Our family reunion was absolutely enjoyable 100% + due to the spacious house.  The Great Room was our favoite spot. All could gather and talk and enjoy the beautiful view through all of those big windows. We enjoyed being able to stay together and cook our 3-meals each day. It gave us all a lot more time to be together.  Having TV sets in locations other than the main-living area was perfect to all of us. The younger folks could head to the loft for a movie or downstairs and the rest of us could continue our hours of conversation.  The families Memorial on Sat. in honor of our parents went beautifully, and what a treat to all gather back at your lovely home to continue our family weekend visit right through to Labor Day.  The area offers lots of fun things to do, and late summer was pleasant and fun for long walks about the area. The entire Judd family thank you and we do hope to have the opportunity to all gather once again in the future at such a lovely location.

The house is amazing - we love it. Would love to see a big screen TV above the fireplace in the living room for movie night. Love the area to hang out by the fire, but would love to have a bigger area to watch a movie with 13 people...love the windows and the mountain view; great proximity to slopes and lift...we would love to come back. A wii would be nice...

Hello Mark & Melissa!

Your house is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for renting your mountain getaway to my large family of 15. There was plenty of space for all of us; the game room/loft was a hit with the kids, the pub  a hit with the adults, and the main room was enjoyed by all. We cooked huge family dinners every night and was able to find everything easily. Your house accomodated my large family comfortably. We will definitely be back

Ijust wanted to say thank you for the use of the cabin and the wonderful weekend. The cabin was even better than described and it was the perfect weekend getaway for all of us. Thanks again for all of your assistance in the renting process and I know we all look forward to doing it again in the future!

We sepnt the past weekend at the Chalet. What a beutifully appointed home! The surroundings were magnificent! The house was in excellent shape. We were a group of 14, comprising of five families. The lower level is a completely separate and independant suite with two bedrooms and a living area as well as a a kitchenette. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. The bathrooms were very clean. The loft was great since the kids could go upstairs and play. I highly recommend this chalet particularly if you are going as a family with kids.

Thank you Mark and Melissa for clear instructions, list of phone numbers and for keeping the house so clean and the cabinets full. Sorry about the carafe! It was actually my fault!
